Mashed Potatoe Frosted Wonder

My name is Joe and I have this pretty great life living with a guy whose quirky sense of reality keeps me guessing and also seems to be a good deal of entertainment for some of our friends. So moreso for them then anyone else this is a blog for the random things my guy, Brian Davis, does.

So why meatloaf cake? I ask myself that often upon recounting it. Davis thought it might be a good idea to take that deluxe 4lb ground beef that was sitting in the freezer and turn it into this:
Two round cake pan meatloaf's double layered and frosted with mashed potatoes, sprinkled with a pea lining, and garnished with broccoli and baby corn smiley face.

Again why? I do not know, but for him it was a joyous original creation.
